The WAPIR is a 360 degrees ceiling mounted RF motion sensor. The module allows scenes to be selected automatically via movement. The unit is designed for office and residential applications where automatic scene selection is required. The module can be configured using RASOFT programming software and it is possible to select which scene us activated and modify the timeout period. The unit in factory default setting will select scene 1 and off with a timeout of 5 minutes. It also communicates with WCM/RCM wall plates to turn the PIR motion function on/off when it is not required. The module can be mounted via a ceiling cut-out of 64mm diameter and housing is pushed into place without the need for fixing screws. This installation method ideally suits plasterboard or solid ceilings.
