The RMR-VF is a wireless volt-free contact interface unit. It is used to transform volt-free contact signals into Rako wireless messages. The module creates an interface between third party equipment and Rako RF based receivers. RMR-VF accepts as many as 10 volt-free contact closures which can be mapped using Rasoft Pro. The module accepts 10 volt-free inputs which are used to trigger multiple scenes within a single room and separate commands for different rooms. The commands depend on the duration of contact closure and have advanced features such as Press and Hold. The module can be addressed manually into a single Rako room and inputs will trigger within that room. The Rasoft Pro is required with a suitable programming interface, i.e. RABridge, to map commands for different and multiple rooms. The device is not intended to be used with PIR or other presence sensors.
