24v LED Tape 14.4w/m IP65

A 5m length of 14.4 watts per metre LED strip, available in either warm white 2900K, natural white 4200K or cool white 6000K light colour. This LED tape has self adhesive backing strip for easy installation.
The strip has a very low light depreciation of just 3% after 30000 hours.
This tape is the highest quality commercial grade made to exacting manufacturing standards as detailed below:-

• Specialise LED binning system to ensure that customers receive high consistency in the LED light colours
• 99.99% gilded wires to improve the stability and longevity of the LEDs.
• Utilises phosphors with rare earth aluminates for minimal colour shift.

This product is available in 2 options:-

• Standard Lumens Output - 660lm/m
• High Lumens Output with Epistar LEDs 1050lm/m and a CRI of 80+

The Epistar version gives up to a 70% energy saving compared to conventional LED strip.
24 volt LED strip only uses half the current of 12v LED strip which means that longer lengths can be used without loss of brightness(lumens depreciation). Additionally controllers can driver twice the length compared to 12v LED strip.
The tape backing colour is white to give an unobtrusive appearance.
The tape has 60 individual SMD 5050 LEDs per metre and is 10mm wide.
The tape is IP65 rated so suitable for wet areas. Please check the IP65 specifications for more details on usage.
Powering the tape should be through a 24v driver which is of larger wattage than the tape being driven. Here are some compatible 24v drivers The tape can be simply switched or conversely controlled by a remote controlled dimmer .
The tape is supplied in a 5m roll and can be cut to the desired length along the prescribed cut marks. Connectors are available from the accessories section to join together separate pieces.
