Description

Extruded aluminium LED channel made to house LED Strip.
Manufactured from aircraft grade 6063 aluminium which has excellent strength and heat dissipation properties.
The shallow channel is 15.2mm wide and 6.2mm deep taking LED strip upto 10mm wide which can simply be stuck inside using its self adhesive backing.
The channel is supplied in either 1m or 2m lengths complete with frosted diffuser giving an even blend from the light.
The 2m channel diffuser can be clipped in from the top. The 1m channel diffuser is slid in from one end.

The 1m strip comes with a frosted diffuser, 2 clips, 1 end with a wire hole and 1 end without a hole.
The 2m strip comes with a frosted diffuser, 3 clips, 1 end with a wire hole and 1 end without a hole.

The channel and frosted cover can be easily be cut to length with a hacksaw and additional clips and end caps can be purchased as required.
Minimum Order Size for 2m lengths is 3.

Slightly more fiddly clips than other channels that I've used but the upside is a much more flush look. The plastic diffuser strip needs to be fed in from one end which can be more awkward than others that pop straight in.

This aluminium stop channel kit was easy to fit in two lengths over my garage door and with the L E D strip light installed looks great.

I used this product to install semi-concealed LED lights on shelves in a display cabinet. The strips are easily cut to length and I used 3M double sided tape to secure the units. Looks good - well pleased with the result. The company supplied the materials quickly.

A good quality and economic alternative to other expensive suppliers. LED strip needs to be inserted into track and covered with the perspex before fixing to cabinet

I used the channel to enclose LED strip under kitchen units to prevent splashing of the strip during food preparation and allow the under surfaces to be cleaned without damage to the LEDs. The mounting clips are best spaced off the unit surface using a washer about 1mm thick. This takes account of small differences in the unit surfaces or between adjacent units which can put pressure onto the channel can making it difficult to seat it into the clips. A product which I would use again.
